Rare Sightings
by Iain Stewart
A Verreaux's Eagle has been sighted near rocky outcrops on Bucklands Reserve. This is fantastic because we don't often get to see them.
Now a bit closer to earth. The Aardwolf have been moving around more and more during the day. This is very strange. The Redbilled Oxpeckers, which we noted last time, are still here which is fantastic! We are delighted to see them seemingly taking up residence at Bucklands as sightings of these birds in the Eastern Cape is rare.
Most recently, a shy little Antelope by the name of Cape Grysbok was sighted. This Antelope is extremely rare and has only been sighted three times since I have been at Bucklands.
